At Heads Up for Tails, we're looking for a Marketing Operations Manager who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to our marketing team. This is a cross-functional role at the heart of Marketing. You'll work closely with Brand, Creative, Retail, CRM, Digital, Category, Product and Leadership to ensure priorities are aligned, projects stay on track, and nothing falls through the cracks. Role Responsibilities Own the marketing workflow. You'll be responsible for managing how workflows through the marketing team, from the moment a request comes into final execution. This Includes Managing the marketing intake process Prioritising requests based on business impact Aligning timelines across business and marketing teams Ensuring everyone is working towards the same priorities Keep projects moving You'll work across multiple teams to ensure projects are delivered on time. Your Responsibilities Will Include Building and managing the marketing calendar Tracking project timelines and key milestones Monitoring SLAs and delivery commitments Identifying risks and resolving blockers early Escalating issues when required Drive alignment across teams. Marketing works with almost every function in the business. You'll Partner Closely With Brand Creative Studio Retail CRM Performance Marketing Category Teams Product Leadership to ensure everyone is aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Improve How The Team Works. You'll continuously look for ways to make marketing more effective by: Improving workflows and processes Driving better planning and prioritisation Bringing consistency to project management Creating visibility through dashboards and reporting Helpi .
