Hiring | Manager AI Assessment & Certification Platform New Delhi | Hybrid Experience: 610 Years Edunet Foundation Edunet Foundation is looking for an experienced Manager AI Assessment & Certification Platform to lead the design and development of our AI-powered assessment and certification platform. Key Responsibilities Own the assessment & certification platform roadmap and delivery. Design psychometric, technical and employability assessments, test blueprints and item banks. Work on AI/LLM-based assessment generation, automated scoring and adaptive testing. Collaborate with technology teams to build and scale the assessment platform. Ensure assessment quality, validity, reliability, fairness and integrity. Work with SMEs, industry partners and hiring organizations to keep assessments job-relevant. Monitor assessment data and continuously improve platform and candidate experience. What We're Looking For 6+ years of experience in Assessment / Psychometrics / EdTech / HRTech / Product roles. Strong understanding of CTT, IRT, assessment design, validity & reliability. Experience with AI/ML-based assessment, automated scoring, adaptive testing or proctoring. Experience working with software/product teams on digital assessment platforms. Exposure to NSQF / NCVET / SSC frameworks is an advantage. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Psychometrics, Computer Science, Education or a related field.
