Job Role: Inside Sales Representative (US-Shift) Location: Remote Shift: 8:00 PM 4:00 AM IST Compensation: Flexible Key Responsibilities Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound prospecting activities. Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers to build a strong sales pipeline. Conduct discovery calls to understand customer requirements and business challenges. Promote CloudZenia's Cloud, DevOps, GenAI, and AWS service offerings to potential clients. Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified prospects. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM tools. Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle and nurture relationships. Collaborate closely with the marketing and technical teams to improve outreach strategies. Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Requirements: 1.53 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in Cloud or IT Services. Cloud sales experience is mandatory. Candidates must have experience selling Cloud, AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS, or other IT infrastructure/services. Solid experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, cold calling, and prospecting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills. Experience using CRM platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and email outreach tools. Basic understanding of Cloud Computing, DevOps, AI, or related technologies. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred). Must be comfortable working full time in US business hours (night shift in India). .
