Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and user needs to understand application objectives and prepare test strategies. Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, and project teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, and process workflows. Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on functional and business requirements. Perform different types of testing including Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Performance Testing. Identify, document, track, and manage defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Bugzilla, or equivalent platforms. Validate application functionality, data accuracy, workflows, integrations, and user interfaces across web and mobile applications. Conduct requirement analysis and provide recommendations for improving application usability, efficiency, and business processes. Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues, verify fixes, and ensure timely resolution of defects. Prepare test reports, defect reports, UAT reports, and project status updates for stakeholders. Support deployment activities, release validation, and post-production application monitoring. Conduct user training, prepare user manuals, and provide functional support to end users. Perform gap analysis between business requirements and existing system capabilities. Ensure applications meet quality standards, security requirements, and business & responsibilities .
