Position Overview: The Executive/Senior Executive Sales Support Branch is responsible for managing end-to-end billing, invoicing, and collections coordination for branch customers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to contractual and company guidelines. The role acts as a key interface between Sales, Finance, and Customers to ensure smooth revenue realization, effective dispute resolution, and strong process discipline at the branch level. Job Purpose: To ensure accurate and timely billing, efficient collections follow-up, and resolution of customer billing queries, thereby supporting revenue realization, improving receivables performance, and enhancing customer experience. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Billing & Invoicing Management Coordinate with Branch Finance & Accounts teams for timely bill generation Validate accuracy of invoices as per contractual terms and company norms Ensure customization of invoices as per customer agreements Ensure timely dispatch of invoices to customers Collections & Receivables Management Work closely with Sales teams to ensure timely collections Follow up on pending, short, or delayed payments Track receivables ageing and escalate as per timelines Support improvement of DSO at branch level Customer Query & Dispute Resolution Coordinate with Finance and Sales teams to resolve billing disputes Ensure closure of disputes before payment due dates Maintain proactive customer communication Reporting & Governance Maintain billing, dispatch, and collection MIS Share reports with Branch Finance and Sales leadership Ensure adherence to SOPs, audit, and documentation standards Sales & Branch Coordination Align billing cycles with contractual agreements Support onboarding of customers from billing readiness perspective Ensure coordination across Sales, Operations, and Finance Process Discipline & Continuous Improvement Adhere to defined SOPs and processes Identify recurring issues and highlight to supervisor Suggest improvements to enhance accuracy and turnaround time Support automation and process improvement initiatives Apply learnings from errors and audit observations People & Team Support Provide operational guidance to branch sales teams Ensure process adherence and performance discipline Support manpower planning inputs where required Qualifications & Experience: Education: Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration MBA preferred Experience: 2 4 years Experience in billing, invoicing, collections, or sales support roles Exposure to logistics / courier / B2B services preferred Skills & Capabilities: Technical Skills: Understanding of billing and invoicing processes .
