Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing detailed information about State Farm insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies.Assist customers with completing policy applications, endorsements, and renewals accurately and efficiently.Proactively identify customer needs and recommend additional coverage options to enhance protection and meet financial goals.Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.Maintain and update customer records and agency databases with accuracy and attention to detail.Collaborate closely with agency teams including underwriting, claims, and marketing to coordinate seamless service delivery.Participate in community events and marketing initiatives to promote agency visibility and generate new business leads.Stay informed about industry trends, State Farm products, and regulatory changes to provide knowledgeable guidance to customers.Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics. Qualifications & Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term customer relationships.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided.Proficient in using computer software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn and grow professionally.Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred.
