Our client runs two investor-facing businesses. Our D2C platform serves retail precious metals customers and premium members who value education, trust, and loyalty perks. Our advisory business serves a higher-value audience across mining, hedge funds, real assets, and portfolio advisory. This role owns the engagement layer across both the product and operating rhythm behind how members activate, participate, find relevant content, and give feedback that shapes the roadmap. What you'll own: The community-engagement product roadmap across both businesses, discovery to delivery Activation journeys that help members participate, return, and connect with the right content or experts Discussion quality across precious metals, mining, hedge funds, real assets, and advisory themes The post-arrival experience Marketing runs campaigns and launches; you own what happens after arrival Translating business goals, customer feedback, and engagement data into user stories and product improvements Engagement reporting to Product, Marketing, Content, Support, and leadership What you'll need: 35 years in product management, community product, membership, or D2C engagement; 610 years overall Proven experience managing an online community or forum moderation, engagement strategy, conflict resolution Experience running or supporting a loyalty or rewards programme Robust written communication; you'll write credibly about financial topics for a knowledgeable audience Solid grasp of personal finance and investing; comfort with precious metals is a plus, or willingness to get up to speed fast Solid plus: fintech, brokerage, e-commerce, or commodities background. Familiarity with Discourse, Vanilla, phpBB, or similar. Experience with older customer segments, where trust and clarity matter more than novelty. First 612 months: loyalty engagement trending up, a forum that's active and well-moderated with fewer escalations, and a reporting cadence leadership relies on. .
