Research Engineer Liquid Cooling Location: Bangalore Experience: 1 to 8 Years Company: Stealth AI Infrastructure Startup About the Role We are building next-generation liquid cooling solutions for AI Data Centers for high-density GPU and HPC environments. We are looking for Research Engineers with strong expertise in thermal engineering, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and product development to drive innovation from concept to prototype. Key Responsibilities Research and develop CDU and Cold Plate technologies for AI/HPC infrastructure. Perform thermal, hydraulic, and CFD analysis for cooling systems. Design, prototype, and validate liquid cooling products. Evaluate pumps, heat exchangers, sensors, valves, and cooling loop components. Conduct laboratory testing, performance validation, and reliability studies. Collaborate with product, manufacturing, and engineering teams to commercialize solutions. Requirements B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical, Thermal, Aerospace, Energy, or related disciplines. 1 to 8 years of experience in thermal management, liquid cooling, heat exchangers, HVAC, electronics cooling, or related domains. Strong fundamentals in: Heat Transfer Fluid Mechanics Thermodynamics Cooling System Design Hands-on experience with CFD tools such as ANSYS Fluent, STAR-CCM+, COMSOL, or similar. Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Creo, NX, or CATIA.
