About the Role: We are looking for a Backend Developer to build and scale the core systems powering mutual fund investments at FundsIndia, taking care of the onboarding journeys. This role involves working on critical transaction flows, portfolio systems, and external integrations. You will play a key role in ensuring high reliability, performance, and accuracy in investment-related workflows. Required Skills & Experience: 3 - 6 years of experience in backend developmentStrong proficiency in one or more backend languages (preferred - Java + Spring Boot)Experience building RESTful APIs and microservicesSolid understanding of databases (MSSQL/MySQL/PostgreSQL) and query optimizationFamiliarity with distributed systems, queues, and caching (Redis, Kafka, etc.)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)Exposure to UI frameworks like ReactStrong understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and JVM internals.Experience implementing secure APIs using OAuth2, JWT, androle-based access control.Experience creating technical design documents and driving design reviews.Ability to troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
