Organise activities to boost HR brand on the local market Preparation of documents related to Hiring and other HR administration Design and execute a review process that includes 360 feedback, formal evaluations, and growth-oriented discussions. Coaching and development of the team, traning, workshop organising Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team events, surveys,etc. Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in international HR practices, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and systems.
