StarGlazze also provides short courses in screen acting at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels to support diverse learning needs. Additional specialized training includes accent work, presenting to camera, and improvisation, enabling participants to develop well-rounded performance and production skills. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Recruiter role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Senior Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment for academic, administrative, and creative roles, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and managing selection processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with department heads to understand staffing needs, drafting inclusive job descriptions, coordinating interview schedules, and overseeing offer negotiation and onboarding activities. The role also involves building talent pipelines through campus outreach, industry networking, and digital recruitment platforms, while maintaining accurate recruitment metrics and reports. The Senior Recruiter will contribute to employer branding initiatives, ensure a fair and compliant hiring process, and support continuous improvement of recruitment practices aligned with the academys growth. Qualifications Strong full-cycle recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Experience developing recruitment strategies and talent pipelines for diverse roles in education, media, or creative industries. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and basic HR documentation and reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with candidates and internal stakeholders. Ability to work on-site in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines. Knowledge of fair hiring practices, non-discriminatory recruitment standards, and basic labor regulations. Prior experience recruiting for film, television, performing arts, or training institutions is advantageous. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are a plus. .
