Senior Manager Accounts (CA Inter)

Senior Manager Accounts Department: Finance & Accounts Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Manager Accounts (CA Inter qualified) to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance activities, and team management. The role requires strong expertise in accounting practices, taxation, audits, and financial controls to ensure accurate and timely financial operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee complete accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and financial reporting.Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable regulations.Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders.Review audit schedules, provide required documentation, and ensure timely audit completion.Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, and payables.Develop and implement accounting processes, internal controls, and financial policies.Analyze financial data and provide insights to support management decisions.Supervise, train, and mentor accounting team members.Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and ERP systems.Qualification & Experience: CA Intermediate qualified (mandatory).Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance preferred.7+ years of experience in accounting and finance roles.Experience in handling end-to-end accounting operations.Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.Experience with ERP/accounting software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).Required Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent knowledge of Excel and financial reporting tools.Leadership and team management skills.Good communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Timely and accurate financial closure.Compliance adherence and audit readiness.Accuracy of MIS and financial reporting.Efficient management of accounting processes.Improvement in financial controls and reporting systems.Employment Type: Full-time Location: Thiruvananthapuram Experience: 7+ Years Compensation: 50,000.00 - 100,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident FundWork Location: In person .
