PSU Loan Process Executive Company: SolarSquare Energy Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Experience: 01 Year Qualification: Graduate Any Stream Employment Type: Full-time About the Role SolarSquare Energy is looking for a PSU Loan Process Executive to support the end-to-end processing of PSU loan applications. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of MS Excel, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently. Freshers with a graduate degree and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Handle end-to-end processing of PSU loan applications. Review loan cases in the system and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate. Perform basic eligibility checks as per PSU bank guidelines. Coordinate with internal Sales and Operations teams for smooth case processing. Resolve day-to-day case-level queries, issues, and escalations. Maintain loan trackers, MIS, and case status regularly in MS Excel. Ensure timely processing of cases within the defined TAT. Follow process guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards. Assist with documentation and verification activities as required. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates of loan cases. Requirements & Qualifications Graduate in any stream is mandatory. 01 year of experience in loan processing, banking, financial services, or a related field is preferred. Freshers can also apply. Basic knowledge of MS Excel. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle multiple cases and meet defined TAT. Good coordination and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and work in a process-driven environment.
