Position Overview We are seeking an Project Manager (7-12 Years Experience ) who possesses robust technical expertise, leadership abilities, and experience in managing IT teams and projects. Responsibilities will include supervising engineering teams, overseeing system operations, ensuring cybersecurity compliance, and coordinating with multiple departments for successful project execution. Strategic Planning : Develop IT roadmaps that support long-term business growth. Project Management : Lead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget compliance. Evaluate software architecture and technical solutions for scalability, security, and efficiency. System Monitoring : Track system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions. Technology Implementation : Introduce new technologies to improve efficiency, automation, and digital transformation. Experience : 7-12 Years Qualifications : B.Tech (mandatory) Strong knowledge of Python, Experience with RESTful API design and microservices. Hands-on expertise with Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases. Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Clear reporting to executives and effective collaboration with stakeholders. .
