Location: Remote | Delhi-NCR Market: Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) Engagement: Commission-Based | Flexible Company Stage: Pre-Revenue | Pre-Client Build Avonext's ANZ Growth From Zero Avonext is an early-stage AI consulting and AI operations company helping businesses use AI, automation and intelligent workflows to improve how they operate and grow. We're now building our presence in Australia and New Zealand and are looking for a Head of Growth & Partnership International Sales who wants to be part of that journey from the very beginning. A transparent note about where we are Avonext is currently pre-revenue and pre-client. There is no existing ANZ sales pipeline being handed over to this role. We're looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to build the pipeline, create relationships and help win Avonext's first customers in the region. If you're looking for an established company with inbound leads and a ready-made pipeline, this may not be the right opportunity. If you enjoy building from zero, we'd love to speak with you. What You'll Do As Growth Manager ANZ, you'll work closely with the founders to establish Avonext's presence in the Australian and New Zealand markets. Your responsibilities will include: Identify target companies and ideal customer profiles across ANZ.Build and manage your own prospect pipeline.Research and connect with founders, CEOs, CIOs, CMOs, CROs and other decision-makers.Generate opportunities through LinkedIn, email, referrals, networking and outbound prospecting.Initiate conversations and qualify potential business opportunities.Schedule and participate in discovery meetings.Present Avonext's AI consulting, automation and AI operations solutions.Develop proposals and coordinate with the founder through the sales process.Follow up consistently and move opportunities toward closure.Share market feedback to improve our positioning, messaging and offerings.Help build Avonext's first ANZ customer relationships and case studies. Who We're Looking For We're looking for a builder and hunter, not someone who simply manages an existing book of business. You may be a strong fit if you have: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, growth or consulting sales.Experience selling technology, SaaS, AI, IT services, digital transformation, marketing technology or consulting.Experience selling into Australia or New Zealand is strongly preferred.Strong prospecting and cold-outreach skills.Confidence communicating with senior business decision-makers.Strong written and verbal English communication. The ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.A commercial mindset and strong follow-through.Comfort working in an early-stage, ambiguous environment. Most importantly: you should be comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for them. Compensation This is a commission-based opportunity. There is currently no fixed salary associated with this position. You will earn commission on successful business generated through your efforts, with uncapped earning potential. The exact commission structure will be discussed transparently during the interview process. As Avonext grows, high-performing members of the early growth team may have opportunities to take on greater responsibility and leadership. Why Join Avonext This isn't an opportunity to inherit someone else's pipeline. You'll help build it. You'll have the opportunity to: Build Avonext's ANZ market from the ground up. Work with businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Work in the rapidly evolving AI and automation space. Work directly with the founders. Develop international B2B sales experience. Build uncapped earning potential through performance. Grow with the company as the business develops. The Person We're Looking For We're not overly concerned with having a perfect rsum. We're more interested in how you think. If you see a blank CRM and think: Where do I start rather than: Where are my leads you may be exactly the person we're looking for. Interested Apply through LinkedIn with your profile and a short introduction telling us: Why do you believe you can help Avonext build its first ANZ customer pipeline We'd love to hear from people who are ready to build, experiment, learn and grow with us from day one. #Hiring #GrowthManager #BusinessDevelopment #InternationalSales #ANZJobs #AustraliaJobs #NewZealandJobs #B2BSales #TechSales #AIConsulting #ArtificialIntelligence #Automation #DigitalTransformation #StartupJobs #EarlyStageStartup #CommissionBased #RemoteJobs #SalesJobs #BusinessGrowth #ANZ #Avonext .

74,689 Sales Jobs Open Right Now — Where to Look

Most are in India and the US. Here's how to pick the right one for you.

WorkMundi's database shows 74,689 open sales positions globally. India leads with 17,483 jobs, followed by the US with 13,876. If you're open to geography, you have real options — but the sheer number means you need a filter. Don't apply to everything. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.

Almost 8 in 10 of these ads have their text written in English. That's useful for reading the job description and understanding what you're signing up for. But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.

The employers posting the most are boxlunch, SIMPLE RECRUIT, FlexBoard, and tmobile. If you see their name on a listing, you know they're actively hiring. That can work in your favor — high-volume recruiters often move faster. But volume also means competition. Your application needs to stand out.

Sales interviews almost always include a version of this: 'Tell me about a time you lost a deal. What did you learn?' Prepare a real story where you take ownership of what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Hiring managers want to see you learn, not just win.
