We leverage deep consumer understanding and advanced analytics to generate actionable insights, enabling strategic value creation for Kraft Heinz brands worldwide. By translating complex data into clear recommendations, we help shape business decisions and fuel innovation across the organization. Marketing & Consumer Insights team aids KHC in achieving Brand Superiority and Operational excellence in service of predictable brand growth & profitability. We do this by understanding consumer trends, diagnosing key growth drivers, identifying strategic and executional opportunities, funnel them to Must-Win battles and determine How to Win these strategic choices. About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the Manager role to lead project engagements across global markets and brand teams. This position is accountable for meticulous planning and execution, driving strategic marketing decisions through deep consumer understanding, advanced analytics, and data-driven insights. Pioneering cross functional synergies, thought leadership and building strong consulting advocacy within and across teams are some of the key measures of success. Ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a robust background in consumer insights, marketing analytics and passionate about data-driven decision-making with exceptional story-telling, project management, and stakeholder influencing skills. Qualifications: Education: Masters degree in business management/ marketing/ Branding or equivalent qualification. Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of strong experience in consumer/shopper insights, marketing analytics and brand consulting with at least 4-5 years of exposure in leading analytics engagements for a global region / market / brand / business, preferably in a global MNC environment within CPG/FMCG domain. Experience of working in Food/Beverage Industry and/or GCC set up is a bonus! Domain and Technical Skills: In depth expertise on Point of Sale (PoS), Household Panel, Brand Health, RGM and other syndicated sources. Exceptional proficiency in NIQ, Circana, Kantar World Panel, Mintel and Numerator etc. SME in delivering projects related to brand strategy, portfolio optimization, revenue management/ profitability, price & promotions, demand spaces and competitive strategies. Strong Advanced Excel and Power Point skills. Experience in SQL, Power BI is critical; Intermediate knowledge of Python, R and SPSS are plus. Expertise on AI tools that enable process optimization, visualization and Insights are preferred. Roles & Responsibilities: Act as a project lead for the assigned market/brands installs. Ensure end-end project workstreams are planned, executed and delivered with impact to internal, business stakeholders; support supervisors (Senior manager, Key stakeholders) through the process and to elevate partnerships. Market Immersion: Gain proficiency of the given market and brand, key dynamics, consumer trends, business priorities and challenges Project management and Operational Excellence: Bring the domain/business/market expertise to solve complex business questions by synthesizing voluminous quantitative, qualitative and syndicated data into actional recommendations. Translate Insights into pragmatic and actionable JTBD (Jobs To Be Done) for maximum business adoption and impact. Ensure project planning and execution are in line with agreed SLAs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in synergies with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Central capabilities and other cross-functional teams to ensure consumer insights are integrated into all aspects of the business. Delivery with Impact: Create compelling analysis presentations that effectively communicate insights across Brand health/ equity, product pack performance, market/competitive landscape, price and promo, route to market etc. Present research findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders with presentation and story-telling skills. Stakeholder Influence: Build strong and meaningful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to act as a strategic consultant. Team Leadership: Ensure to lead a dynamic/ project specific team of 2-3 analysts junior team members. Mentor junior/other team members on a regular basis to ensure utmost quality and impact are delivered. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team. Own team culture to build a highly successful and engaged team .
