Job Description: Medical Sales Representative (Dental Lab Business Development Executive) Position Title: Medical Sales Representative / Business Development Executive Role Overview The Medical Sales Representative will be the face of our dental lab to the dental community. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing dentist clients, actively on boarding new dentists, demonstrating and sales pitching Intra Oral Scanners, and ensuring our lab remains the preferred choice for dental prosthetics across Ahmedabad and all of Gujarat. Job Description Identify, prospect, and on-board new dentists within Ahmedabad and across Gujarat Promote the laboratory's services, products, quality standards, turnaround times, and digital dentistry solutions. Convert prospective dentists into active, regular accounts Plan and execute periodic outstation tours across Gujarat to cover dentists outside Ahmedabad Visit a minimum of 78 dentists per day across the assigned territory Follow a structured daily call plan and maintain a consistent visit schedule Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with existing dentist clients Conduct regular follow-up visits to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Understand dentists' requirements and coordinate with the laboratory team to ensure satisfaction. Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Submit daily visit reports, dentist feedback, and lead status updates to management Maintain customer database and sales pipeline. Maintain a qualified appearance and business attire at all times. Demonstrate excellent etiquette and respectful communication with dentists and clinic staff. Uphold the company's reputation through ethical and professional conduct. Generate leads, schedule a demo and following to lead closure for Intra oral Scanner. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Conduct a minimum of 78 productive dentist visits per day. Successfully on-board 68 new dentist accounts per month. Schedule 10-12 demos of Intra oral Scanner per week. Maintain 80%+ retention of existing active accounts. Achieve 100% compliance in daily reporting. Generate monthly business revenue equivalent to a minimum of 10X of the employee's monthly CTC value -to be reviewed quarterly average. (or as defined by management based on territory potential and business objectives). Work Schedule Working Days: Monday to Saturday Standard Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (This is a field-based sales role with flexible working hours. The employee is expected to complete a minimum of 9 productive working hours daily, including client visits, travel, follow-ups, and reporting activities.)
