About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Manager from the IT Staffing & Recruitment industry to drive enterprise client acquisition and business growth for our engineering staffing business. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for someone who has successfully sold IT staffing/recruitment solutions to enterprise clients and possesses strong relationships with hiring decision-makers across leading technology and product organizations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of acquiring new enterprise accounts, managing strategic client relationships, and closing high-value staffing engagements. As the business grows, you will have the opportunity to build and lead a sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, acquire, and grow enterprise and mid-to-large technology and product companies for engineering staffing services. - Leverage existing relationships to open doors with enterprise organizations. - Own the complete sales lifecycle including prospecting, client meetings, solutioning, commercial negotiations, and deal closures. - Drive new business acquisition while consistently building a healthy enterprise pipeline. Strategic Sales & Business Growth: - Develop sales strategies to expand market presence and maximize revenue. - Conduct competitor analysis and pricing strategy to position staffing solutions effectively. - Drive innovative hiring models such as bulk hiring, hiring drives, and niche talent acquisition programs. - Focus on high-demand technology hiring including AI/ML, Data Engineering, Golang, Rust, Cloud, and other niche engineering skill sets. Enterprise Account Management: - Build and nurture long-term relationships with CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, HR Leaders, Engineering Leaders, and Business Heads. - Own key enterprise accounts and drive long-term revenue growth. - Ensure high client satisfaction through strategic account management and consultative engagement. MSP / VMS Business Development: - Build direct enterprise partnerships as the primary growth channel. - Leverage MSP/VMS partners such as Pontoon, Magnit, or similar platforms wherever applicable to access enterprise opportunities. - Continue expanding direct client relationships while effectively managing MSP engagements. Leadership: - Collaborate closely with the leadership team to define GTM strategy and ideal customer profiles. - Establish scalable sales processes and best practices. - Build and mentor a sales team as the business scales. Candidate Profile: - 6+ years of B2B Sales/Business Development experience. - Minimum 3 years of recent experience selling IT Staffing, Recruitment, RPO, Talent Solutions, or Engineering Staffing services. - Proven experience acquiring and closing enterprise staffing clients. - Strong experience managing the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation and prospecting to negotiations and deal closure. - Existing relationships with enterprise HR Leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, Recruitment Leaders, Engineering Leaders, or Business Decision Makers. - Experience developing commercial proposals, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning. - Strong understanding of engineering hiring across product and technology companies. - Experience working with IT Staffing, Recruitment Consulting, Executive Search, RPO, or Talent Solutions organizations.
