Roles: Recruitment & Onboarding Source, screen, and shortlist candidates. Schedule and conduct interviews. Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs. Maintain employee records and documentation. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives. Ensure a positive and productive work setting. Monitor employee attendance and leave records. Coordinate payroll processing with the finance team. Ensure timely updating of employee information. Maintain HR policies and procedures. Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents. Manage employee files and HR databases. Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and company policies. Handle statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, and other applicable regulations. Assist in audits and compliance reviews. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding recent employees. Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS databases with accuracy and confidentiality. Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and support payroll processing. Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience certificates. Support performance management activities, including appraisals and employee development initiatives. Address employee queries and grievances while promoting a positive work setting. Organize employee engagement activities, training programs, and wellness initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory regulations. Handle employee exit formalities, including exit interviews, full-and-final settlement coordination, and documentation. Generate HR reports and maintain HR metrics for management review. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR intern and 6 months to 1 years of HR experience. Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR practices. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. .
