Eligibility Criteria - Graduate in any discipline. - Minimum 12 years of experience in Customer Service, BPO, Customer Support, or Client Relationship roles. - Freshers with exceptional English communication skills may also apply. Required Skills - Excellent spoken and written English. - Clear pronunciation and a neutral communication style. - Strong interpersonal and active listening skills. - Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving ability. - Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM). - Ability to multitask and work under pressure. - Qualified etiquette and positive attitude. Preferred Candidate - Experience in IT, Real Estate, Banking, Financial Services, or BPO will be an added advantage.
