Client Service Manager (Key Account Manager) (Hyderabad)

We are hiring a Client Servicing Manager to own the day-to-day on key client accounts. You will be the single point of contact between our clients and our creative, design, media, and production teams, turning briefs into work that ships on time and on-brand across print, digital, social, branding, and OOH. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Act as the main point of contact for your assigned client accounts, building trust and long-term relationships - Take client briefs, ask the right questions, and translate them into clear, actionable briefs for internal teams - Coordinate creative, design, media, and production teams to deliver campaigns on time and to spec - Track timelines, approvals, and revisions, and keep every project moving without dropping the ball - Share regular status updates, meeting notes, and follow-ups with clients and internal teams - Manage client expectations, handle feedback calmly, and spot opportunities to do more for the brand - Support quotations, estimates, and billing follow-ups, and help keep accounts running smoothly - Sit in on reviews and presentations, keeping work aligned to the brief and the brand YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU HAVE - 3 to 5 years in client servicing, account management, or a client-facing agency role - Experience in an advertising, branding, digital, or PR agency (strongly preferred) - A bachelor's degree (Mass Communication, Marketing, Advertising, or Business preferred) - Excellent spoken and written English (Telugu or Hindi a big plus for local clients) - Strong organisation, multitasking, and follow-through, with a sharp eye for detail - A confident, warm, skilled presence with clients, and calm under deadline pressure - Comfort with email, MS Office or Google Workspace, and basic project coordination tools NICE TO HAVE - Exposure to real estate, interiors, healthcare, lifestyle, or retail brands - Understanding of integrated campaigns across print, social, Google, and Meta - An MBA or PG in Marketing, Advertising, or Communication Why V Green Media. 18+ years. 500+ brands. 800+ projects.
