Role Description The Documentation Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining high-quality documentation that supports leadership coaching programs and internal operations. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and updating client-facing materials such as program guides, templates, resource toolkits, and process documents, as well as internal SOPs and workflow guides. The role involves collecting information from the coach, translating complex concepts into clear and accessible written content, and ensuring all documents are consistent with brand voice and coaching methodology. The Documentation Specialist will manage document versions, maintain a structured filing system, and collaborate on continuous improvement of content and processes. This role requires working independently, meeting deadlines reliably, and using digital tools to support a fully remote, flexible work environment. Qualifications Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and structured documentation for professional audiences.Experience with documentation management, including organizing files, version control, and maintaining standardized templates and formats.Ability to translate complex ideas into user-friendly materials, such as guides, checklists, FAQs, and learning resources.Proficiency with common digital tools (e.g., word processing, cloud document platforms, collaboration tools) in a remote work setting.Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, formatting, and consistency across documents.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet agreed deadlines.Comfort working independently, seeking clarification when needed, and collaborating virtually with a coach or small team.Background or interest in leadership development, coaching, HR, learning and development, or related fields is beneficial.Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, English, Education, Business) or equivalent experience preferred. .
