Recruitment Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Executive Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in connecting with companies, collecting job vacancies, coordinating interviews, and supporting student placements. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, corporate relations, and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities Identify and collect job vacancies from companies and corporate partners Contact HR departments and recruiters regarding hiring requirements Coordinate and schedule interviews for students Maintain professional relationships with corporates and hiring partners Follow up with companies regarding interview status and hiring updates Maintain recruitment databases, candidate records, and company details Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references Communicate effectively with students regarding interview schedules and updates Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes Confidence in speaking with corporate clients and candidates Ability to work with MS Office, Google Sheets, and online platforms Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer Monthly stipend of 5,000 during the internship period Practical exposure to recruitment and corporate coordination Opportunity to build professional communication and HR skills Hands-on experience in placement and hiring activities Internship Certificate upon successful completion Based on performance and company requirements, candidates may be offered a full-time employment opportunity from the 4th month onwards Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Compensation: From 5,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Ability to commute/relocate: Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person .
