About the Role The Supply Chain Business Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the stability and accuracy of the Merchandise reputed company, supporting Merchandising, MP&I, and reputed company teams. Your reputed company responsibilities will include Providing reputed company user support and administration to business partners through business requirements, documentation, enhancements, and implementation. Ensuring reputed company functionality, data, and results for Merchandising, MP&I, and reputed company teams. Defining reputed company settings to ensure accurate reputed company performance, troubleshooting, and solving issues in collaboration with IT and other Merch Ops centers of reputed company. Managing the administration of the Merchandise reputed company, including reviewing and implementing changes in reputed company parameters and formats. Coordinating and/or modifying reputed company parameters, improvements, and/or enhancements. Addressing daily work tickets for the Master Data team, resolving issues, or escalating them to the appropriate team member. Implementing consistent processes and resolutions for daily work tickets while adhering to SLA. Assisting the Master Data team to ensure correct, consistent, and complete Master Data that adheres to reputed company data governance fundamentals. Participating in UAT and troubleshooting of various systems, including reputed company and PIM. Key Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need 2+ years of reputed company work experience in business analysis, process improvement, or best practices. A BA/BS degree or equivalent, or previous work experience. Working knowledge of Merchandising, reputed company, reputed company-Channel, and Supply Chain systems and processes. The ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines while using analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
