Job Description: HR Partner (Employee Relations & Operations) Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and highly articulate HR Partner to join our Human Resources team in Mumbai. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a fresher or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience across the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to stakeholder management. Key Details Location: Mumbai (On-site) Experience: 0 to 2 Years Shift: General Shift (9 working hours per day) Work Week: 5 Days a week (Monday to Friday) Key Responsibilities As an HR Partner, your core focus will be to support day-to-day HR operations, maintain employee data, and act as a reliable point of contact for employee queries. Core Duties: Employee Engagement & Support: Manage and update the internal employee portal; resolve basic employee queries regarding policies and procedures. Data & Reporting: Maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and prepare routine HR reports to ensure data accuracy. Recruitment Support: Assist in managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline candidate pipelines. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth HR delivery. Documentation: Assist in preparing PPT presentations for HR reviews and maintaining employee records. Requirements & Skills Must-Have Qualifications: Education: Graduate / Post-Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. Technical Skills: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, data entry) and Microsoft PowerPoint (creating clean, presentable decks). Nice-to-Have (Preferred) Skills: Prior experience or familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HR software. Basic understanding of MIS reporting and data preparation. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to manage client/stakeholder expectations. Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
