Role Description The Senior Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tiruvallur. This position oversees daily operational activities, ensuring that workflows, staffing, and resources are aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. The Senior Operations Manager will design and improve processes, monitor performance metrics, coordinate cross-functional teams, and resolve operational issues to maintain high standards of service delivery. Responsibilities include managing budgets, optimizing resource utilization, supporting strategic initiatives, and implementing policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and patient-focused care. The role also involves mentoring team members, driving continuous improvement projects, and partnering with leadership to plan and execute growth strategies. Qualifications Strong operations management, process improvement, and organizational skills relevant to healthcare or service-based environments. Experience in team leadership, people management, and cross-functional coordination, with the ability to guide and develop diverse teams. Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives. Knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and quality standards, or the ability to quickly learn and apply related regulations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on collaboration and practical solutions. Bachelors degree in business, healthcare administration, operations management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage. Demonstrated experience in a senior operations or similar leadership role, preferably within healthcare or a complex service organization. Ability to work on-site in Tiruvallur and adapt to a dynamic, evolving organizational environment. .
