Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment from manpower planning to onboarding. Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business expansion plans. Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand workforce requirements. Manage hiring for: Production & Manufacturing Process Engineering Quality Assurance & Quality Control Maintenance (Electrical & Mechanical) Utility & EHS Supply Chain & Procurement R&D Projects & Automation Sales & Corporate Functions Build talent pipelines for critical and niche manufacturing positions. Manage recruitment through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and networking. Drive campus recruitment initiatives with engineering colleges, ITIs, and technical institutes. Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining recruitment quality. Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Monitor recruitment KPIs including: Time-to-Hire Time-to-Fill Cost-per-Hire Offer Acceptance Ratio Source Effectiveness Quality of Hire Lead interview coordination, salary negotiations, and offer management. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and hiring reports for leadership. Drive diversity hiring and succession hiring initiatives. Mentor and guide Talent Acquisition team members. Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices. Required Qualifications MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent. 8 12 years of Talent Acquisition experience. Minimum 4 5 years in manufacturing recruitment. Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Battery Manufacturing, Electronics, Automotive, or Industrial Manufacturing is highly preferred. .
