HR Operations & Process Excellence * Ensure accuracy and timely completion of HR documentation * Streamline HR workflows by implementing process improvements and automation wherever possible * Develop and maintain HR trackers for recruitment, onboarding, exits and vendor management * Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and processes * Generate periodic HR reports and MIS for leadership review Onboarding & Employee Experience * Coordinate pre-joining and onboarding activities. * Conduct HR Induction for new joiners. * Facilitate probation review and confirmation process in coordination with reporting managers. * Collect new-joiner feedback and identify opportunities to enhance experience. * Ensure complete employee documentation and personnel file management. experience8 A client of Randstad India .
