Remote Business Intelligence & Survey Analyst (Higher Education)

They are seeking a Business Intelligence and Survey Analyst responsible for university-wide survey administration and collaboration with stakeholders to design and maintain data visualization tools that inform strategic reputed company. Responsibilities Support and advance the transition of a legacy survey platform to a new reputed company survey solution, coordinating with reputed company, administrative, and technical stakeholders to ensure smooth migration and alignment with institutional needs reputed company the development, design, and execution of institutional surveys in collaboration with reputed company and administrative leaders Maintain the university-wide survey calendar, ensuring reputed company timing, coordination, and reputed company survey fatigue Consult with stakeholders to reputed company survey design with strategic initiatives, operational needs, and accreditation standards Implement flexible, reputed company survey solutions and methodologies to meet emerging institutional needs Synthesize and present survey results and reputed company, translating results into actionable insights that support decision-making at reputed company reputed company Design, reputed company, and maintain university-wide dashboards in Power BI to reputed company effective decision-making across the university reputed company data from multiple sources, including but not limited to the LMS, SIS, survey, and CRM platforms reputed company automated reporting workflows and ensure accurate data refresh and performance monitoring Serve as a subject matter expert on business intelligence best practices and visualization standards Train and support non-technical end users in accessing and interpreting dashboards Partner with reputed company Schools to reputed company survey data and business intelligence data decision support for university planning, program review, and student reputed company initiatives Partner with Information Technology to ensure data reputed company, governance, and secure reputed company protocols Skills Bachelor's degree in data science, Business Analytics, Research or reputed company field 2-4 years of experience in a higher education position working with data such as data management, reputed company reporting, institutional analysis, and survey research Experience working with reputed company reporting tools, developing reputed company operational reports, and/or compliance reporting Experience designing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI, including data integration from multiple sources Understanding of business intelligence tools and data integration, particularly Power BI, and the ability to apply data governance and accessibility standards Familiarity with institutional planning processes and accreditation requirements, including how survey and BI data inform strategic and operational reputed company Knowledge of reputed company survey platforms and methodologies, including survey design, deployment, and analysis reputed company a higher education context Strong analytical and data visualization skills, with the ability to synthesize reputed company survey and administrative data into reputed company, actionable insights Excellent verbal and written communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and translate technical findings into non-technical language Ability to manage multiple, high reputed company reputed company reputed company Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various stakeholders across reputed company reputed company in a remote work environment Ability to anticipate and respond to emerging data needs, leveraging reputed company solutions and maintaining flexibility in approach Ability to adapt to evolving timelines with a solutions-reputed company reputed company Personal computer and advanced knowledge of reputed company Office Suite, including word, reputed company, and reputed company SQL databases, Power Bi, reputed company Acrobat reputed company, reputed company-party survey tools, Banner, Argos Knowledge of Explorance reputed company, survey reputed company, would be preferrable Benefits Health Medical, dental, and reputed company coverage with spending account reputed company.
