You will lead project delivery from site mobilization through commissioning and handover, ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and technical standards. In this role, you will provide strategic direction and operational oversight across multiple site teams, coordinating closely with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and Construction functions to drive consistent execution performance. You will monitor project progress, manage risks, optimize resource allocation across sites, and implement corrective actions to address schedule or execution challenges. Your success will be defined by your ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and stakeholder management, ensuring efficient execution across geographically dispersed project locations. Responsibilities 1. Cluster Project Leadership Lead and oversee execution of multiple solar EPC projects within the assigned clusterEnsure successful delivery of projects from mobilization to commissioning and handoverDrive execution excellence and standardization across all project sites2. Project Planning & Monitoring Review and monitor project schedules, milestones, and critical activitiesTrack progress across all sites and ensure timely achievement of project targetsCoordinate with Planning teams to identify and mitigate schedule risks3. Resource Management Optimize deployment of manpower, equipment, and materials across multiple sitesEnsure efficient utilization of resources to maximize productivity and cost efficiencySupport resource planning based on project priorities and timelines4. Site Team Management Provide leadership and guidance to Project Managers, Site Managers, and execution teamsMonitor site performance and ensure adherence to company standardsFoster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across project teams5. Contractor & Vendor Management Oversee contractor and vendor performance across all assigned projectsEnsure compliance with contractual obligations, quality requirements, and timelinesResolve escalated site-level issues and contractual challenges6. Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Coordination Ensure seamless coordination of civil, MMS, mechanical, and electrical activitiesMonitor project readiness for testing, grid synchronization, and commissioningDrive timely resolution of technical and execution-related issues7. Budget & Cost Control Monitor project costs and resource utilization across the clusterIdentify potential cost overruns and implement corrective actionsSupport project profitability through efficient execution and cost management8. Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary escalation point for project-related matters within the clusterCoordinate with clients, consultants, local authorities, and internal stakeholdersMaintain strong relationships to facilitate smooth project execution9. Commissioning & Project Handover Oversee testing, commissioning, and project close-out activitiesEnsure all project documentation, approvals, and handover requirements are completedFacilitate successful transfer of completed projects to Operations teams10.
