We empower learners through practical, career-oriented training programs developed in collaboration with industry experts and educators. Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive/Manager to support and improve our day-to-day operations. Youll be responsible for streamlining processes, coordinating between departments, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This role requires a problem-solving mindset, solid organizational skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments - Develop and implement efficient processes, procedures, and workflows - Monitor and optimize resource allocation, budgets, and timelines - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution - Identify operational issues and propose solutions to enhance productivity - Prepare reports and provide insights for management decisions - Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations - Checks the cleanliness and friendly work environment into the organization - Help in conducting webinar and seminars - Assist in onboarding and training new team members Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Compensation: 15,000.00 - 21,000.00 per month Education: - Bachelor's (Preferred) Location: - Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person .
