Service Operations Executive For Aiplus Smartphone Brand (Noida)

- Manage the dispatch of spare parts and materials against MSL and PNA cases to Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) within defined SLAs. - Coordinate the return of defective inventory to brands and ensure all shipping and compliance documentation is completed accurately. - Manage reconciliation and movement of both serviceable and defective inventory with brands and service partners. - Prepare and maintain MSL reports to support service planning and inventory availability. - Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile inventory with ERP/WMS records. - Investigate inventory variances and implement corrective actions to maintain stock accuracy. - Plan and support internal and external inventory audits while ensuring compliance with company policies. - Track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and prompt resolution of logistics issues. - Coordinate with courier partners to resolve shipment delays, damages, or lost consignments. - Maintain accurate inventory transactions and stock movement records in ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). - Collaborate with warehouses, Authorized Service Centers (ASCs), brands, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service operations and inventory availability. .
