The Role: We are not looking for a creative designer or social media poster. We need an aggressive, data-mining professional who will split their time between two high-impact areas: 1. Inbound Funnel Nurturing: Managing international leads generated by our external digital agency for our standard, fully-developed machine lines (e.g., Winmaxx, Orbit, Dominator, Magica Plus) and turning them into qualified RFQs. 2. Proactive Outbound Hunting: Mining international export-import customs data to identify factories buying from global competitors, tracking competitor activities, and targeting them directly with our standard printing machines and printing consumables (Silicone Pads, Custom Etched Clich Plates, Ceramic Rings, Inks). Role & responsibilities: 1. Competitor Data Mining & Outbound Targeting: - Export Data Tracking: Actively track global import-export manifests using data intelligence tools (e.g., Volza, Zauba, ImportGenius) to see which international packaging plants are actively purchasing machines from global competitors. - Decision-Maker Mapping: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to uncover the Plant Heads, Packaging Engineers, and Procurement Directors at those specific competing facilities. - The \"Foot-in-the-Door\" Consumables Pitch: Proactively target these plants with automated, qualified email sequences offering Winner Screens high-quality consumables (silicone pads, ceramic ink cups, scraping rings) as a direct, high-savings replacement for their existing setups. 2. Standard Machine Funnel Management: - Instant Response Framework: Act as the first touchpoint for inbound international inquiries. Since our standard machine configurations are fully developed and engineered, deploy pre-packaged technical PDF spec sheets, production cycle-speed matrices, and demo videos within a 3-hour turnaround window. - CRM & Workflow Automation: Own our B2B CRM (HubSpot/Zoho). Fully map the pipeline from Raw Inbound Lead $\rightarrow$ Technical Catalog Sent $\rightarrow$ Sample Testing Kit Requested $\rightarrow$ Qualified for Sales Engineer. - Sample Service Management: Coordinate with global prospects to have them mail their rigid packaging articles (caps, jars, bottles) to our facility for our Printing Sample Service to establish technical fit and ink-adhesion verification. 3. Competitor Intelligence & Agency Feedback: - Ad & Keyword Tracking: Monitor competitors global ad campaigns and landing pages via the Google and Meta Ad Transparency tools. - Agency Liaison: Feed this intelligence back to our external digital marketing agency, ensuring they target the right high-intent technical search keywords based on your live funnel findings. Preferred candidate profile: - Experience: 25 years of proven experience running inside sales, database mining, or outbound demand generation for an Indian industrial manufacturing exporter. - The Outbound Tool Stack: Expert-level, hands-on mastery of B2B trade databases (Volza/Zauba), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outbound B2B data tools (e.g., Apollo.io, Lusha, or Seamless.AI). - CRM Competence: Expert proficiency in managing pipelines, segments, and email drip sequences within Zoho CRM or HubSpot. - Global Communication: Flawless written English prose suitable for negotiating with corporate buyers across Europe, the Americas, Africa, and the Middle East. - Technical Literacy: Ability to understand technical machinery assets and basic printing variables (e.g., drying layers, colors per pass, parts per minute) to intelligently sell standard equipment and consumable parts. .

WorkMundi's database shows 74,689 open sales positions globally. India leads with 17,483 jobs, followed by the US with 13,876. If you're open to geography, you have real options — but the sheer number means you need a filter. Don't apply to everything. Pick a country, a company size, and a sales model that matches what you actually want to do.
Almost 8 in 10 of these ads have their text written in English. That's useful for reading the job description and understanding what you're signing up for. But it tells you nothing about whether the role requires you to speak English with customers, partners, or your team. Ask the hiring manager directly during your first conversation.
The employers posting the most are boxlunch, SIMPLE RECRUIT, FlexBoard, and tmobile. If you see their name on a listing, you know they're actively hiring. That can work in your favor — high-volume recruiters often move faster. But volume also means competition. Your application needs to stand out.
Sales interviews almost always include a version of this: 'Tell me about a time you lost a deal. What did you learn?' Prepare a real story where you take ownership of what went wrong and what you'd do differently. Hiring managers want to see you learn, not just win.
