Role Objective & Key Responsibilities: - Data-Driven Optimization: Conduct end-to-end audits of HR service delivery to identify bottlenecks using Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen frameworks. - Business Process Re-engineering (BPR): Transform legacy, manual workflows into lean, scalable global processes. - Transformation & Fit-Gap Analysis: Map existing PeopleSoft or legacy configurations against best-in-class HRO standards. - Process Architecture: Own and update the "Process Library" by mapping high-fidelity operational flows (Level 15). - Governance Metrics: Establish and track advanced operational health KPIs such as First-Time-Right (FTR) and Process Cycle Efficiency. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Experience: 4 to 7+ years in enterprise-level HRO transformation/Process Improvement or shared services optimization. - Methodology Mastery: Practical expertise in Lean Six Sigma techniques (Black Belt preferred). - System & Analytical Tools: Familiarity with PeopleSoft functional navigation or other HCM along with expert proficiency in workflow platforms (Visio, Lucidchart) and data viz tools (Power BI/Tableau). .
