Procurement Officer Location: Surat Experience: 3-8 Years Industry: Environmental Engineering / EPC Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Procurement Officer to manage end-to-end procurement for EPC and environmental projects, including WTP, ETP, STP and ZLD projects. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement planning, sourcing and purchase activities. Identify and develop vendors, OEMs and suppliers. Handle RFQs, quotation comparisons and commercial negotiations. Prepare and manage Purchase Orders and ensure timely delivery. Monitor project procurement budgets and control costs. Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Finance, Stores and Logistics teams. Manage material reconciliation, inventory and leftover materials. Handle AMC and maintenance-related procurement. Maintain procurement records and ERP documentation. Requirements 3-8 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase, preferably in EPC, Water Treatment, Construction or Industrial Projects. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Experience in procurement of Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Piping, Instrumentation and Project Materials. Knowledge of ERP, MS Excel and procurement systems.
