Job Title: Supply Chain Manager RefrigeratorIndustry: Home Appliances / Consumer Durables / ManufacturingJob Summary: Responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations for refrigerator products, including material planning, procurement, inventory management, production planning, warehousing, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted production and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supply chain activities for refrigerator manufacturingPlan and ensure timely availability of raw materials and componentsCoordinate with Procurement, Production, R&D, Quality, and Logistics teamsManage demand forecasting, material planning, and production schedulingOptimize inventory levels and reduce material shortages and excess stockDevelop and manage supplier relationships and monitor vendor performanceEnsure smooth warehouse and logistics operationsMonitor supply chain KPIs, costs, and delivery performanceIdentify supply risks and implement corrective actionsPrepare MIS reports, inventory analysis, and supply chain performance reportsSkills Required: Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Material PlanningExpertise in procurement, inventory control, production planning, and logisticsKnowledge of refrigerator components and BOM managementStrong vendor management and negotiation skillsProficiency in SAP/ERP and Advanced MS ExcelAnalytical, problem-solving, and leadership skillsQualification & Experience: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Production, or Industrial EngineeringMBA in Supply Chain / Operations is an added advantage612 years of experience in supply chain or material managementExperience in home appliance manufacturing preferredPreferred Experience: Experience in refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, or other home appliancesKnowledge of components such as compressors, evaporators, condensers, sheet metal, plastics, motors, electrical components, and insulation materialsExperience with OEM/ODM manufacturing, supplier development, localization, and cost optimizationPay: 1,500,000.00 - 2,500,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident FundWork Location: In person .
