Customer responsibilities Provide reliable and timely master data to support seamless internal operations. Process responsibility Maintain standardized, compliant, and efficient end-to-end master data processes. People and organization responsibility Collaborate across teams and support adoption of best data practices. Governance, MIS & Reporting Ensure data compliance, accuracy, and actionable reporting for decision-making. WORK RELATIONS Main interfaces- with whom one has regular contact in carrying out one s duties (whom one reports to direct & functional and to whom one has interface within and outside the organization ) Internal Interface Central Order management, Category heads, central IT team, unit SCM team, Corporate Medical & Nursing team,, Unit Operations team, Medical superintendents, Customer service IT, and Finance team External Interface Suppliers & Manufacturers Reporting Authority Senior Manager KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES List the key accountabilities of the job Ensure accuracy and integrity of item, vendor, and price master data Drive efficient master data extraction, validation, and standardization processes Support ERP systems through data migration, validation, and issue resolution Enable data-driven decision-making through analytics, dashboards, and MIS reporting Maintain compliance with data governance standards and audit requirements KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES List the critical tasks/responsibilities that must be achieved so that the job purpose is fulfilled. Financial responsibilities Support cost optimization through accurate item master, vendor, and price data management Analyze price variance, consumption trends, and inventory data to identify cost-saving opportunities Assist in maintaining rate contracts and monitoring pricing accuracy across systems Contribute to budget efficiency by minimizing data errors impacting procurement and inventory planning Customer responsibilities Ensure availability of accurate and standardized master data for internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Operations) Support seamless procurement and supply chain operations through reliable data outputs Provide timely insights and dashboards to leadership for informed decision-making Address data-related queries and ensure high service levels for internal users Process responsibility Manage end-to-end item master lifecycle including extraction, validation, standardization, and upload Ensure adherence to master data governance policies and hospital formulary standards Perform data validation, reconciliation, and periodic audits to maintain data integrity Support ERP processes including data migration, validation, and issue resolution Drive automation and continuous improvement in data extraction and processing workflows People and organization responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Procurement, Finance, and Operations Support training and knowledge sharing on master data tools, dashboards, and processes Promote data accuracy, accountability, and process discipline across teams Assist stakeholders in understanding and adopting standardized master data practices Governance, MIS & Reporting Ensure compliance with master data governance standards and audit requirements Generate and maintain MIS reports on inventory, consumption, pricing, and data quality Develop dashboards and analytical reports for operational and strategic insights Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate and traceable data records Monitor data quality KPIs and implement corrective actions where required SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES List the skills, knowledge & experience required for the role incumbent Qualification and Experience BE / MCA / BTech or equivalent in Data Science, Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields 8-10 years of experience in Oracle healthcare or supply chain domine expert with analytics knowledge Category Requirements Core Expertise Support Oracle implementation, Web-based item master data extraction, new item revamping & categorization, big data analytics in healthcare or supply chain Technical Skills Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, Selenium) .
