Business Development (Permanent) Noida, India (Onsite) | Full-time | Global Organisation Join a global professional body and drive business growth across India We're looking for a commercially driven and ambitious Head of Business Development to lead the growth of CIPS' corporate training, executive education and consulting business across India. This is an exciting opportunity to build strategic partnerships, engage with senior business leaders, and expand the reach and impact of a globally recognised professional body in India. What youll do: Develop and execute the business growth strategy for IndiaIdentify, pursue and secure new corporate clients and strategic partnershipsBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline across training, executive education and consulting servicesLead the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and stakeholder engagement through to contract negotiation and closureRepresent CIPS at conferences, industry events and networking forumsBuild relationships with CEOs, CHROs, Chief Procurement Officers and other senior business leadersDrive revenue growth and achieve ambitious business development targetsDevelop strategic alliances and referral partnerships to strengthen market presence What youll bring:An MBA or equivalent professional experience.Proven success in business development within corporate training, executive education, consulting or professional services.Experience engaging and influencing C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and stakeholder management capability.Established networks within large Indian corporates and multinational organisations.A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and develop new market opportunities.Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.A results-driven, entrepreneurial approach with a strong focus on growth and performance.
