Transition Manager Experience: 8-10 years About the role: We are looking for a transition specialist to own the onboarding of new clients and scope expansions into stable, steady-state delivery. This is the phase where managed-services relationships are won or lost, and you will own the disciplined movement of every new engagement from contract signature to a smoothly running, service-level-meeting operation. You will own the transition methodology, run knowledge transfer and shadowing, and coordinate the hiring, tooling and access a recent engagement needs to ramp. This role suits a structured, PMO-minded operator who takes pride in a predictable ramp. Key Responsibilities: - Own the transition methodology and playbook - Run new-client onboarding from contract sign to steady state - Manage knowledge transfer, shadowing and reverse-shadowing - Coordinate hiring, tooling and access with support functions - Track transition milestones, risks and exit criteria to business-as-usual - Hand over cleanly to the account delivery team Required Skills & Experience: - 8-10 years in transition / onboarding for managed services - Multiple service transitions delivered to steady state - Strong PMO, knowledge-transfer and stakeholder-management discipline - Ad-operations / martech delivery exposure - Global time-zone overlap .
