We specialize in computer hardware, networking, servers, firewall security, IT infrastructure, AMC support, licensed software, and technical services. We are looking for a motivated Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer to join our team and provide installation, maintenance, and technical support across a wide range of IT solutions. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripherals. Install and configure routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and firewall devices. Diagnose and resolve computer hardware, software, and networking issues. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Install operating systems, drivers, and business software. Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers. Perform preventive maintenance and AMC service visits. Install and troubleshoot CCTV systems (preferred). Maintain service reports and update job status after each visit. Coordinate with customers to ensure timely and professional service. Requirements 2-6 years of experience in computer hardware and networking. Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware troubleshooting. Good understanding of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic firewall configuration. Experience installing Windows, drivers, and software. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently. Good communication and customer service skills. Willingness to travel for onsite customer support. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CCTV installation and troubleshooting. Immediate joiners preferred. Candidates based in Ahmedabad or nearby areas will be given preference.
