Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management, including establishing, maintaining, and improving quality systems and documentation. Candidates should possess skills in Quality Auditing, with experience conducting internal audits and reporting findings to stakeholders. Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Technology or relevant process-industry technologies, with an understanding of standards and safety requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in using quality tools and basic data analysis. Effective communication skills, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and readiness to work on-site in a fast-paced plant environment. Familiarity with ISO or similar quality standards, and commitment to continuous improvement and workplace safety. Qualification - B Tech Mechanical (Mandatory) Tyre background will be an added advantage .
