Key Responsibilities Accurate Data Input: Enter information from a variety of source documentssuch as spreadsheets, PDFs, handwritten forms, and electronic submissionsinto our secure database systems with a minimum accuracy rate of 99.5%. Data Verification & Correction: Conduct systematic reviews to identify inconsistencies, duplicate entries, or missing fields, and apply corrective actions in accordance with arenaflexs dataquality standards. File Organization & Record Management: Maintain a logical, searchable filing structure both digitally and, when required, physically, ensuring that records are easy to retrieve and audit. Quality Assurance Checks: Perform routine dataquality audits, generate errorreport summaries, and collaborate with senior analysts to implement preventive measures. Confidentiality & Security Compliance: Adhere strictly to dataprivacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and internal security policies, safeguarding sensitive client information at all times. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with crossfunctional teamsincluding project managers, data analysts, and IT supportto align on priorities, share insights, and meet departmental objectives.
