Role SummaryThe Senior Payroll Associate at Deel in Bosnia & Herzegovina is a seasoned professional responsible for managing payroll processing and compliance with local regulations. This individual will work independently, overseeing payroll operations, maintaining employee data accuracy, and mentoring junior staff while driving improvements in payroll systems and procedures.
