Are you an experienced Payroll & Labour Compliance professional with expertise in managing end-to-end payroll operations and statutory compliance We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead payroll governance, labour law compliance, and vendor coordination while ensuring complete accuracy, regulatory adherence, and operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end payroll operations through external payroll vendors, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing, reimbursements, bonus payouts, statutory deductions, and full & final settlements. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and coordinate timely filings, audits, and inspections. Monitor adherence to central and state labour laws, maintain statutory registers, and conduct periodic compliance audits to mitigate organizational risks. Act as the primary point of contact for payroll vendors, manage service levels, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external consultants for seamless payroll operations. Drive process accuracy, documentation discipline, governance, and compliance ownership while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality. Requirements 1015 years of experience in Payroll & Labour Compliance with expertise in end-to-end payroll management. Strong knowledge of statutory compliances including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, Labour Welfare Fund, and labour laws. Experience handling payroll for 500+ employees will be preferred. Strong ownership mindset with high integrity, accountability, and documentation discipline. Stable career progression with the ability to work effectively as a senior individual contributor.
