Full job description Job Title: Purchase Assistant Company: Turbo Engineers (CBE) Location: Thennampalayam-Annur Road, Coimbatore 641 659 Employment Type: Full-time, on-site RoleOverview: We are looking for a Purchase Assistant to support our Purchase Department in day-to-day purchase operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a experienced candidate to build a career in procurement within a growing manufacturing company, with hands-on exposure to ERP systems, supplier management, and purchase documentation. Key Responsibilities: Raise and track purchase orders in the company ERP system Follow up with suppliers for quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules Prepare quotation comparison statements for review by the Procurement Manager Coordinate with the stores team on GRN and inward material receipt Maintain supplier records, pending-PO reports, and purchase files Support the Procurement Manager with day-to-day purchase documentation and monthly MIS reports Candidate Requirements: B.E.,/ Diploma/B.Com / BBA in any stream (Mechanical or Materials background is a plus). 1-3 years of experience in Purchase or Stores Good working knowledge of MS Excel Fluent Tamil and basic English communication Candidates residing in and around Sulur, Neelampur, or Annur preferred Working Days: Monday to Saturday Compensation: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person Compensation: 15,567.64 - 25,705.56 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person .
