Job Title: Purchase Executive Department: Purchase Reports To: Purchase Manager Job Summary Responsible for procurement of raw materials, sheet metal components, tooling, consumables, and services to ensure timely availability, cost optimization, and uninterrupted production. Key Responsibilities Procure raw materials, sheet metal components, tooling, and consumables. Develop and maintain vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance. Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders. Ensure timely delivery of materials as per production requirements. Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Quality for procurement planning. Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages and excess stock. Resolve supplier quality and delivery issues. Maintain purchase records, contracts, and vendor documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and cost-saving initiatives. Qualifications Graduate/Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or a related field. 36 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the sheet metal or manufacturing industry.
