Walk In Senior Vendor Management Executive New Delhi

We are looking for an experienced Vendor Management Executive from the BGV industry to oversee and optimize our external partner network. You will be responsible for sourcing cost-effective vendors, managing seamless allocation, ensuring strict adherence to Turnaround Time (TAT), and maintaining the highest standards of report quality through rigorous audits. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Onboarding & Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and empanel recent verification vendors pan-India at competitive and reasonable costs. TAT Management: Allocate cases to the right vendors daily and rigorously follow up to ensure all verification reports are collected well within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT). Quality Auditing: Conduct strict quality checks and audits on the reports submitted by vendors to ensure 100% accuracy, clarity, and compliance with company standards. Cost Optimization: Negotiate commercial terms with vendors to minimize operational costs without compromising on data security or report quality. Performance Evaluation: Monitor vendor performance through periodic scorecards, addressing delays, discrepancies, or quality drops proactively. Billing & Compliance: Reconcile vendor invoices monthly against successfully closed cases and coordinate with the finance team for timely payouts. Required Skills & Qualifications: Industry Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience specifically in Vendor Management within the Background Verification (BGV) industry. Candidates without BGV experience will not be considered. Proven Track Record: Proven experience in managing BGV vendors, negotiating rates, and maintaining tight TATs. Analytical & Audit Skills: Robust eye for detail to spot discrepancies or falsified data during quality audits. Communication: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage vendor relationships effectively. Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and experience working with BGV CRM platforms/tools. .
