Designation: Senior Associate/Associate Insurance operations Experience: 0 5 years Location: Technopark Phase III, Trivandrum Skill Required: Neutral accent and positive communication skill, Word, Excel and Outlook Preferably any graduation. Relevant work experience in Insurance domain. Good understanding of MS Access, PowerPoint, Word. Understanding of software and tools used within business (including but not limited to MS Office) Understanding of data sources, and data warehousing principles. Solid skills in data integration and analysis Highly numerate, with ability to notice trends and find anomalies in data, and ability to investigate them. Provide an effective & productive administration & processing service particularly in the management of data entry, data cleansing & quality control. Processing of various work types like Policy Issuance, Endorsements, Chasing Broker, Bookings/Closings, Invoice processing, and Account queries/ Premium discrepancies from customer (companies, brokers etc) and enter into the relevant IT systems (e.g. Global Genius, APLUS and OPUS). Practical knowledge on usage of MS Office tool.
