Walk-in || HR Recruiter and Generalist - Fresher (Chennai)

Job Summary We are looking for a HR Recruiter (Fresher) to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about recruitment and eager to build a career in Human Resources. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. Key Responsibilities - Understand hiring requirements from the recruitment team and hiring managers. - Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels. - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. - Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability. - Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels. - Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Update candidate information and recruitment status in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment tracker. - Maintain recruitment reports and hiring metrics. - Perform other HR and recruitment-related activities as assigned. Employment Commitment The Employee agrees to serve the Organization for a minimum period of two (2) years from the date of joining. This minimum service period is intended to ensure business continuity and to facilitate the recovery of the Company's investment in recruitment, onboarding, training, and skill development. .
