Role Description The Talent Acquisition role at Satellite @Assam is a full-time, on-site position based in Hojai. The individual in this role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring decisions with hiring managers. Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job openings, maintaining talent pipelines, scheduling and facilitating interviews, and ensuring a consistent, fair, and positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining recruitment data and reports, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and refine hiring strategies. The Talent Acquisition specialist will work closely with leadership to ensure that recruitment practices align with Institute values and local labor regulations. Qualifications Ability to manage Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and offer management.Experience with Hiring processes and Interviewing candidates across different role levels and functions.Skills in Employer Branding to help promote Satellite @Assam as an attractive workplace in Hojai and the broader region.Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.Knowledge of basic HR practices and local employment regulations in Assam.Ability to work on-site full time in Hojai, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or a related field; experience in regional or multi-location hiring is an advantage.Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. .
